We recently worked with ASB Construction Group LLC for a major renovation in our condo in Miami, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Abe handled everything from start to finish with professionalism, patience, and great attention to detail.

Our project was not easy—we needed to remove all the carpet in our 1,400 sq ft apartment (including the balcony) and replace it with large 48x24 tiles. This included demo in the kitchen, getting both city permits and internal building approvals, and coordinating logistics with deliveries. Abe took care of every single step flawlessly, including navigating the city’s tedious permitting process (which is no small task in Miami).

His crew (Yuri, Alison, and others) was outstanding: punctual every day, meticulous with their work, respectful of our home, and incredibly clean. We lived in the apartment throughout the project, with all our furniture in place, and they managed to work around us with minimal disruption. They even moved furniture as needed and kept us updated daily on the progress.

The quality of their work speaks for itself. Our unit has many diagonals and unique angles, and we wanted the tiles installed in thirds—a very challenging layout. The team didn’t rush, paid attention to every millimeter, and the end result is simply perfect. All seams and joints are straight, clean, and flawless. Even the city inspections passed without a single issue.

On the financial side, Abe was transparent and fair from the beginning. We compared his proposal with more than four other contractors (including Home Depot), and not only was his pricing the most competitive, but it also included everything—even baseboard installation. He was also open to adjusting where possible to meet our budget.
